Consul’s office hours are on weekdays from 9.30 am to 12.00 am and from 14.00 am to 16.00 am on following issues:

• Estonian citizen's passports and identification document’s (ID cards)
• Registration of Estonian citizens and persons with Estonian residence permit
• Consultation and accreditation of tourist agencies
• Estonian residence and work permits
• Questions of notaries acts and vital statistics acts
• Issuing of citizen's passports, identification document’s (ID cards), alien's passports and residence permits
• Ordering documents from Estonia and forwarding documents to Estonia

The appointments of a consul - on all consular matters - are only in case of pre-registration:
