Bulgarian Prime Minister to visit Estonia


No 56-TT

On Monday, 12 September, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov of Bulgaria will come to Estonia on a working visit, during which he will meet with Prime Minister Andrus Ansip. In the course of his visit, the Bulgarian prime minister will also visit the ICT Demo Centre.

The prime ministers will discuss relations between Estonia and Bulgaria, the situation in Europe and the world, issues related to financial policies, Estonian and Bulgarian priorities during the Polish Presidency of the EU, topics related to the Eastern Partnership and Estonia’s experiences related to its accession to the Schengen Area. They will also discuss the recent developments in the Middle East and North Africa.

Attention journalists!

Journalists, photographers and TV camera operators who are interested in reporting on the visit are requested to apply for accreditation by 3 pm on Friday, 9 September, at the latest.
