Foreign Minister Mikser offered condolences following the London terrorist attack

“Yesterday’s tragic events in London on the anniversary of the Brussels terror attacks are a sad reminder to all nations and states in Europe and elsewhere of how fragile is human life against inconceivable brutality,” Foreign Minister Sven Mikser said. “My deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims who yesterday lost their lives in London,” he added

“Estonia stands together with the UK with our partners and allies in fight against all forms of terrorism,” the Foreign Minister said. Mikser also affirmed it yesterday in Washington at the meeting of foreign ministers of the Global Coalition against Daesh and added that safe and protected Europe is also a priority during the Estonian EU Council Presidency. “The UK is and will remain a part of Europe and our close NATO ally. Only with joint forces can we stand for our values and freedom,” he emphasised.
