Foreign Minister of Poland to Visit Estonia


No 32-TT

On Monday, 27 August, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Poland Radoslaw Sikorski will be in Estonia on a visit and will meet with Foreign Minister Urmas Paet.

During their meeting, the foreign ministers will discuss European Union issues, including matters related to the next EU financial framework. Other topics of discussion will be energy and transport issues and security topics. Recent development in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine will also be addressed.

Paet and Sikorski will open the seminar being held for representatives of civil society in Belarus at the Centre of Eastern Partnership. The Polish foreign minister will also give a speech at the annual conference for Estonian heads of foreign representations.
