Last reminder: accreditation for one of the year’s major internet freedom conferences!


Estonia is organizing the high-level Freedom Online Coalition conference “Free and Secure Internet for All” on April 28 and 29 in Tallinn.

The conference will be attended by the ministers as well as the representatives of international businesses and NGOs of tens of states. In total, over 200 participants are expected to attend the conference. Among others presenting their views on the promotion of free and secure Internet are President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Foreign Minister Urmas Paet, Google representative Vint Cerf, and the foreign affairs ministers of the Netherlands, Kenya, Sweden and Mongolia. Following discussions, the members of the Freedom Online Coalition wish to jointly adopt recommendations on how to ensure that online freedom will remain the central and natural principle of the internet governance model in the future.
